蒸上瘾~蒜姜茸蒸鸡!

我 之从那天试过了那道药材蒸鸡
我就开始缠上了蒸的料理。
因为即方便又美味嘛!
 虽然这道蒜姜茸蒸鸡的汤汁没药材蒸鸡的那么美味,
但由于这鸡肉加了粟粉的原因,
所以这个鸡肉就显得比较滑了!


食谱来自《美味风采》
材料:
A:一公斤鸡肉,青葱粒少许撒面
B;姜茸一小碗,2汤匙蒜茸,2汤匙蚝油,1茶匙麻油,2汤匙绍兴酒,
       1汤匙粟粉,盐和胡椒粉适量,3汤匙清水。

做法:
1)将鸡洗净斩成小块然后排在蒸碟内。
2)将(B)料与鸡肉拌均匀,放入蒸锅内蒸20分钟或熟透。
      (我蒸半只鸡的时间也是那么多,如果蒸一只时间应该久一点吧!)
3)把青葱撒在上面即可趁热进食。

***如果喜欢吃香带辣可用老姜。
