spdong, got up this morning feel like making bread, actually, just want to make this red bean bun right now but hoh, after reading the recipe, have to prepare the dough for 12 hours, hai, can't wait now, hehehe. May be tomorrow may rain, today is a hot day. Let me compare this recipe with another recipe 1st, if I can't wait, I will use the other recipe but if I tell myself to calm down & wait, I'll use your method, thanks!

回复删除其实,我这步骤图并不详细,因为步骤5之后是把面团拿起,然后扭转面团,可惜没人帮我拿相机,所以我无法拍出来。
可是,我觉得你们都很聪明,竟然一看就明白了!

删除其实,这个烫种还蛮简单的,妳可以在星期六的晚上把烫种做好收冰箱,然后星期天的早上就可以开始做面包了~

回复删除哈哈,有时候我们实在会随着心情看想做些什么料理,其实如果妳在意的只是这个造型,我想即使用直接法的食谱也可以的,我是因为偏爱这烫种食谱,所以才会常用!
